You can create a private dealer network for your distributor only accessible to him. This enables your distributor to accept orders from his dealers while keeping all details regarding the orders received & his dealer network private.
You define a distributor first & then assign that distributor to a user (with the type distributor)
The steps for defining a distributor include - setting up the distributor profile, distributor code & other settings.
Distributor Code once defined, cannot be changed.
You have defined a Distributor that shows up in the list. Now we have to assign this distributor to a user.
To assign a distributor to a user, go to 'Users' section & 'Add a New User'. The rules for defining a new user are the same. Once the user is searched, select the user type 'Distributor' & assign any distributor from the list.
If no distributor has been defined, the app will prompt you to define a distributor first in the 'Distributor' section.
Once the distributor has been assigned, a request is sent to that user.
When the user accepts the request, he is presented with a dialog to complete the distributor setup. Click 'Finish' & the user is now a 'Distributor' on the Way2Order platform. He can now share your Way2Order App Code & the Distributor Code assigned to him, with his buyers/dealers.
The user can define his own email address to receive all information regarding buyer requests & orders.
To send a request to this distributor, his dealers will have to enter in both the Way2Order App Code as well as the Distributor Code.
Once the distributor approves this request, this dealer can now place orders to the Distributor we just defined.
